Extensive fibrotic membranes surrounded most organs in the abdominal cavity in vehicle-treated
mice that received both TGF-β2 and CTGF. A substantial reduction in gross fibrotic
pathology was observed in mice that received TGF-β2 and CTGF plus FG-3019.
